Gostei da experiência, chegamos atrasados por conta de um problema com o metrô, fomos super bem atendidos e conseguiram nos colocar na torre, gratidão por isso

Der Eiffelturm hat mir am Besten gefallen. Der Einlass und die Leitung zum Lift war sehr gut. Der Treffpunkt war zu weit weg! Warum ist der Treff nicht direkt am Eiffelturm? ZumBeispiel zwischen Metro und Eingang?

A experiência de subida é muito agradável, mas não se justifica pagar mais do dobro para esperar pela guia no meio da rua e, ainda por cima, só fala inglês ! A guia era simpática mas não se justifica o preço pago.

Overall, I was pleased with this purchase. The value of this ticket is being able to jump ahead of lines with the assistance of the guide. That alone to me is invaluable. Our guide was very sweet and gave helpful tips to avoid scam artists as well as provided history of the tower on the way to it. I would suggest that the company provide an identifying item or piece of clothing the guide will have/wear at the meeting point so that the group that is waiting knows who to look for. Also, maybe have the group meet at a spot that isn't as highly trafficked. It was a bit busy and chaotic in front of the cafe on the street corner. Then not knowing who we were looking for, there was concern growing amongst the crowd when the guide was not on time. To alleviate that stress, you could always supply the tickets instead of a voucher at time of purchase, but still need to meet as a group to be able to skip the line with the guide.

We purchased tickets to the second level thinking that it was to the top of the Eiffel Tower that was our mistake. However when we got to the second level he could not find our guide we had to go back to the ticket counter and purchase brand new tickets to get us to the top they wouldn’t even exchange the tickets that we had or upgrade the tickets that we had

TOP. Treffpunkt vor einem Cafe in der Nähe - dort wurden die Tickets ausgehändigt. Dann läuft man mit dem Guide gemeinsam zum Eiffelturm (ca. 5 min) und bekommt einige Infos. Unser Guide Dinesh war sehr sympathisch. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Ich habe über 69 Franken bezahlt andere Personen 23 für Eiffelturm am Abend. Auf dem Beleg stand optional bis an die Spitze des Turms. Das war nicht möglich hötte zusätzlich 30 Euro gekostet. Das war Irreführung und Abzocke!!!!!

We had a great tour guide. She was very informative and gave a lot of i formation about the Eiffel tower and its builder that I did not know. It was also easy to get in and bypass all of the crowd.

Ich bin davon ausgegangen Zeit zu sparen. Letztendlich hat alles länger gedauert, als hätten wir die Tickets selbst vor Ort gekauft. Treffpunkt war 11.15 Uhr und hoch sind wir 12.30 Uhr. In dieser Zeit hätten wir locker die Tickets kaufen können. Gerade für Kinder unrentabel, da sie vor Ort nur einen Bruchteil bezahlen.

Der Zugang zur 2. Etage des Eiffelturms wurde uns ermöglicht (vielen Dank dafür). Das Versprechen auf zügigen Zugang zum Turm wurde aber nicht erfüllt. Es gab keine weiteren Leistungen auf dem Turm selber, was ich für das Geld schade fand. Wir haben andere Touren gesehen, bei denen rundherum erläutert wurde. Vielleicht lag das Daten, dass unserer Führer auch die Gruppe zur Spitze betreuen musste.

Don’t get ripped off by this. We paid three times the cost of a regular ticket which we could have purchased at the tower. And you can go anytime. Could not hear or understand the guide. Totally disappointed that this company gets away with this scam.

O guia não foi muito claro ao se apresentar no local. Também achei que o local do encontro deveria ser alguma agência de viagem ou um local melhor sinalizado pois chegando lá tinha umas pessoas uniformizadas de uma agência de turismo mas da minha não tinha ninguém

Our guide, Natalia, was amazing, really helped to understand the history of the Eiffel Tower and pointed out numerous landmarks and suggested locations to visit.

Very disappointing experience. We paid €220 for a group of three people. At the meeting point we received standard Eiffel Tower tickets worth €23 per person, which means the actual tickets cost around €69 in total. The guide walked us to the Eiffel Tower, shared a few basic facts and then left us on our own. There was no guided tour at the top, no meaningful commentary and no additional service that would justify paying over €150 extra. Had the description clearly stated that the price was mostly for an escort service to the entrance, I would never have booked it. The Eiffel Tower itself was amazing, but the value for money provided by this tour was extremely poor. I feel misled by the pricing and cannot recommend this experience.

La nostra guida è stata molto utile nell'agevolare l'arrivo alla torre, le verifiche di sicurezza e la salita dal corretto ascensore all'orario prestabilito, in una situazione di grande affollamento. Ha inoltre fatto in modo che chi aveva delle borse con acquisti effettuati durante il giorno le potesse lasciare temporaneamente al bar di fronte al punto di ritrovo, per poi recuperarle in un secondo momento.

Experience was good and our guide Alana told us all she could about the tower and took us in and dropped us at our places and we were able to access all we were wanting to We did not go to the summit but we think a better view from second floor But although Alana was good and we got entry we are not sure it was great value

A guia não foi muito gentil. Não sei se escolhi certo o idioma na hora da compra e ela falava apenas inglês e eu não entendia nada. Vale apenas para furar a fila e, no meu caso, porque no site oficial já tinha acabado a data que eu queria.

Very complicated, had to meet a guide just to get the tickets very far from site. Arrived 15 minutes late not there had to walk back and rebuy tickets as they would not accept the fact that we had already bought tickets. Wasted money. Very upset DO NOT RECOMMEND no advantage to buying these tickets it a very complicated process!

The guide did not stay with us. They just took us to the Eiffel tower and we did the rest. There is nothing we could not do ourselves. This was not value for money. We wanted to ask some questions we could not find our tour guide.

Man kann direkt am Turm Tickets kaufen... ir haben über 151 euro bezahlt, sind "nur" bis zur zweiten Etage gekommen und auf dem Ausdruck des Tickets stand dann auch noch der "richtige preis". Dieser lag bei etwa 25 euro. Dann hat uns ein (wirklich netter) Guido mit zum Turm genommen, uns ein bisschen was dazu erzählt und dann war es das.. Für das Geld hätte ich viel mehr erwartet! reine Abzocke!!

The main guide was very good. The secondary guide we were not able to hear. When we let her know - she indicated it was our problem. Many others could not hear her as well.

I don’t have a major complaint. Only it was too fast and transactional. There were moments when he only talked to one guest who spoke French. I speak French but I did not make it obvious. I was observing him and he seemed in a rush.

Den var ikke optimal. Jeg troede, at vi havde billet til toppen, eller mulighed for at få billet til toppen af Eiffeltårnet, men det havde vi ikke. Jeg har før været i Eiffeltårnet med billet fra jer, da var det uden problemer, at få billet til toppen, men det var det ikke denne gang. The guides were informative and helpful. I only went to the 2nd level but the views are amazing from that level. The experience of going up in the elevator built into the leg of the tower is unique.

Gefallen hat mir der unkomplizierte und schnelle Eintritt und Hochfahren sowie die Infos und Geschichten vom Guide.

Wir waren eine große Gruppe und mussten noch ein paar Meter zum Einlass, zusammen mit unseren Guide, laufen. Die Gäste mit Gehschwierigkeiten mussten schon aufpassen nicht den Anschluss zu verlieren. Aber unser Guide hatte immer mal wieder einen Blick auf die ,,Langsameren" geworfen. Sie hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns den Ablauf zu erklären und ein paar Infos zum Eiffelturm zu geben. Das war nicht leicht bei einer aufgeregten großen Gruppe. Ich weiß nicht, ob der Mehrpreis diese Betreuung gerecht wird. Der normale Ticketpreis beträgt ein Drittel vom gezahlten Preis. Aber um den Eiffelturm zu besichtigten und Planungssicherheit zu haben, eine gute Möglichkeit. Wir waren abends. Sehr zu empfehlen, da weniger Menschen auf dem Turm und in der Warteschlange an den Sicherheitskontrollen und den Fahrstuhl. Viel Spaß!

Really appreciated the history and help going through the right entrance because of pre-purchased option.

It was very efficient and the same price as the official website! we got it from them because there wasn't any official ticket available but it was actually better because we would have been lost looking for where to get in and how. Dinesh was very funny and helpful. I definitely recommend it if you want to avoid any issue.

Der Guide war zu spät, hat während der ganzen Zeit nur selfies gemacht, und so leise in sehr schlechtem englisch gesprochen, dass keine Informationen von ihr vermittelt wurden. Katastrophal schlecht!

Der Eiffelturm ist beeindruckend und die Aussicht ebenso. Das Prozedere um Zugang zu erlangen unnötig kompliziert und ineffizient. Man kauft online ein Ticket und muss dann in der Nähe des Eiffelturms jemanden treffen, der einem eine ausgedruckte Version davon gibt. Dann spaziert man zusammen zum Eiffelturm, wo man durch 2 Sicherheitskontrollen gehen muss und dann werden erst die Tickets kontrolliert, bevor man zum Lift gelangt. Insgesamt stellt man sich 5x an (1x Ticketausdruck, 2x Sicherheitskontrolle, 1x Ticketkontrolle, 1x Aufzug). Die ca. 1h, die man oben verbringt wird zu einem 3h Trip wegen der umständlichen Organisation.

Jeg kunne godt have brugt tydeligere information om, hvordan det skulle foregå når vi skulle mødes med guiden. Det var først dagen før, vi fik at vide hvordan det skulle foregå.

wenn man ehrlich ist, braucht man die zwischengeschaltete Agrntur nicht. Uns hat es gestern eher Stress verursacht, da wir im strömenden Regen den Treffpunkt suchen mussten und es an diesem keinerlei Möglichkeit zum Unterstellen hatten, um dann nach 20 Minuten warten im Regen bis alle da sind und auch die letzten ihre Tickets ausgehändigt bekommen haben, doch wieder zurück zum Eiffelturm laufen mussten. Es wäre viel einfacher und entspannter gewesen, direkt am Eiffelturm zu kaufen. Der Guide hat uns zwei Sätze zum Turm erzählt und das wars.

Entradas sin problemas. Mi única recomendación sería especificar claramente la hora del acceso o para formar fila. Llegamos a la hora solicitada pero el guía al principio no tenía ningún cartel de indicación o banderita para saber quién era. Además esperamos un poco la hora para salir dado que el ticket era de acceso 30’ posteriores a la hora declarada en la actividad.

The experience itself was absolutely fine, the guide was a little late, but made up for it with very interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower. I do think the tower is worth seeing, I took my daughter to Paris for her 18th Birthday, I’m just not sure it was worth the nearly £70 to go up, look at the view and come back down again!! We had completed the whole thing in 15 mins! It was more fun standing at the perimeter of the tower trying to get photos of my daughter holding the tower!

OFFRE À ÉVITER. Cette offre est une arnaque pure et simple. On m'a vendu des billets 5 fois le prix de ce qui est affiché sur le site de la Tour Eiffel (144 euros pour 29,50 euros de valeur faciale des billets), en prétextant qu'il y a un accompagnement par un guide. Je m'attendais aussi à un coupe-file. Ce n'est pas précisé dans l'offre, donc pas de coupe-file. En fait j'ai été traité exactement comme un quidam qui aurait pris un billet standard sur le site de la Tour Eiffel. Je suis scandalisé que des opérateurs puisse faire des choses pareilles en toute impunité.

Vem tenir un problema amb el taxi i vem arribar una mica mes tard, tot i avisar a l’agencia no vem poder veure la Torre ja que no ens van voler donar les entrades que ja haviem pagat previament i tampoc tornar-nos els diners, 177 eur en concret. Misleading title so please double check the ticket you pay for. Also a really random meeting point 5 minutes away. Upon questioning this to see if we could upgrade or pay at the tower to get to the summit the guide was extremely blunt and didn't end up walking anyone there.

Unfortunately there was heavy rain and wind when we were there so don’t feel it would be fair to rate the experience. However we weren’t impressed with our guide. She was late to the meeting point where we were standing waiting in heavy rain and was totally disinterested in the whole experience.

Gut organisiert, von Treffpunkt aus 5 min zum Eiffelturm gelaufen und anschließend 2 h aus auf dem Eiffelturm verbracht. In der Schlange wären wir sind bestimmt ein paar stunden gestanden. Lohnt sich also definitiv.

De Eifeltoren is geweldig. De rol van de gids was vooral het naar binnen brengen van de gasten. Eenmaal binnen dan kijk je gewoon zelf rond zo lang je wilt. We gingen met de lift meteen naar de 2e verdieping. De eerste verdieping kon je daarna zelf naar toe met de lift of de trap. Geen idee of we nu sneller binnen waren, volgens mij stonden we gewoon in de rij met mensen die bij de entree een kaartje hadden gekocht.

Alles hat super geklappt . Wir hatten einen netten Guide . Mussten noch lange anstehen . Können wir bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Hele aardige gids, maar minus de kaartjes voor de Eiffeltoren á 23,50 per stuk, hebben we 75 euro voor de gids betaald. Deze heeft onderaan de Eiffeltoren een paar dingen verteld, maar daarna was het klaar. Voor dat bedrag hadden we wel wat meer verwacht.

Definitiv viel zu teuer. 124 € bezahlt und die Tickets hätten wir vor Ort auch selber kaufen können für 23 € pro Person.

We arrived at our meeting point at 11.15 am and met our lovely guide Dishan. It became obvious that a large group of tourists had not received the correct tickets to get to the summit, instead they were going to the 2nd level. They became very angry and aggressive towards the guide and demanded he sorted the correct tickets. He explained they should speak to the office as he was only the guide and that their behaviour was effecting the rest of the group. They were very loud and angry. Consequently when the rest of our group got to the tower, Dishan apologised and told us he had to go off with the other group so we were all left without a guide for our booked tour. We felt very sorry for the guide as so much anger was vented towards him from this group of unhappy tourists. We were left without a guide after paying for a guided tour. It would have been much easier if the office had just texted new tickets to the tourists who had booked for the summit.

Natalia was our guide and she was perfect! Very knowledgeable and took her time answering all our questions.

Az Eiffel Toronyba felmenni az volt a legjobb és ezzel egy álmom vált valóra.

Tour guide -Natalia- was really nice and kind, she explained everything to us how it works and little bit of history. Tour itself was very nice and enjoyable, we went with elevator to second floor and then (if you want) you can go to top floor. You can then look around alone (stay as much as you want and can) or you can follow guide while she says some interesting thins about important buildings in Paris.

It was such a smooth time. Meeting our guide and then the walk to the Eiffel Tower was really good, we stopped just before and history about the tower was shared. The whole transition to the lift and then directions and information about each floor was very clear. I would book this tour again.

Unnötiger Guide, kein Mehrwert. Gäste müssen pünktlich sein, Beranstalter zu spät. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

De belevenis was top maar de prijs is er los over. 5 tickets gekocht voor 379,50 euro is 75,90 euro per ticket. Op ons ticket dat we kregen van onze gids stond er 23,50 euro per persoon. Dat is meer dan maal 3!!! Dat is diefstal. Ik koop geen tickets meer bij get your gide

The person we met for ticket exchange was very friendly. Very disappointed how the tour was listed. Husband was wanting summit. Is only wish for sights in Paris. Never was an option for summit!!!! False advertising! Did not get what we thought we paid for!

Die GuideIn war sehr nett, nach einer kurzen Einführung konnte die Gruppe auf eigenständige Weise alles erkunden und bis in die Nacht dort bleiben.

Achei desorganizado o local de encontro é dependemos da boa vontade dos locais para encontrar-mos o guia. Outro casal que conhecemos no passeio somente achou o guia graças a nossa filha. Precisa melhorar isso, com certeza. O restante atendeu as expectativas

Der Guide war sehr freundlich und aufgestellt, aber ich würde nicht mehr so buchen. Es dauerte zu lange bis die ganze Gruppe jeweils zusammen war und wir standen 1h lang an. Wir wären deutlich schneller und unkomplizierter gewesen wenn wir einfach Tickets vor Ort gekauft hätten…

Megtévesztő a megnevezés, mert ha a csúcsra akarsz menni, azt csak külön jeggyel teheted, és az általában már elfogyott.

God oplevelse, guiden var god og præcis - vi fik det at vide vi skulle vide. Desværre beskriver billetten at der er mulighed for at komme til top, men da vi stod dernede så betød det at vores billetter ikke vil virke og vi skulle købe helt nye hvis vi skulle helt op. Vi havde regnet med at man kunne have lavet et tilkøb til den eksisterende billet hvis vi ville helt op. Det er muligt vi har misforstået det, men det kunne være fint hvis det havde stået i beskrivelsen, så vi vidste det på forhånd.

We didn’t realise there was a guide when we booked the tickets, but we’re very pleased there was! Our lovely guide had lots of information and a super sense of humour. She certainly made the event even better and forewarned us about the different security protocols before we got there.

der Eiffelturm war natürlich beeindruckend. den Guide hötte es jetzt nicht wirklich gebraucht. Sie hatte nur Infos zum Security Check und welche Aufzüge man nimmt. Hätte man auch selbst herausgefunden.

Our guide was friendly, the meeting location was easy to find, and everything was on schedule. We learned some valuable information about the Eiffel Tower, however I was underwhelmed by the experience of going up in the tower. I would have preferred a tour on the ground only for less cost (and less crowds). Overall, positive experience.

Es hat alles geklappt, angefangen vom Treffpunkt, gab eine gute Einführung zum Eiffelturm, schneller Zugang zum Aufzug. Ohne Anstehen ein schönes Erlebnis! Auf der 2. Plattform hatte man ausreichend Zeit zum individuellen Genießen.

Was an enjoyable tour. One thing, I think the meeting place is a little random, outside a cafe that has nothing to do with the Effiel tower and a 10-15 min walk from the tower, I think it would be much better at a closer location! After your walk to the tower and the tour guide telling us some history it was nearly an hr after our allocated time slot beforewe were in the lift on the way up!

The naming and pricing of the ticket purchased is very misleading. I believed that I was purchasing a ticket to the summit of the Eiffel Tower but was told by our guide that we had only purchased a ticket to the 2nd level. Rather than say “with” optional summit access, the ticket should be named “including” or “excluding” summit access for greater clarity. Buyer beware as they say…

Our guide Denish was absolutely EXCELLENT!!! We loved him, naturally funny! What a guy. Great experience overall and of course views were stunning!

Se cumple con lo mencionado, sin embargo un punto a mencionar es que la guía apenas y cumplía con su trabajo y su voz al dar las instrucciones y explicaciones del tour no se escuchaba y teníamos que acercarnos aún más pero era muy cerrada al ayudar a la comprensión

Nicht zu empfehlen. Die „Reiseleiterin“ hat sich nicht interessiert, nur kurz etwas zum Sicherheitscheck gesagt. War schlecht zu verstehen, zu leise und zu schnell gesprochen vor allem an der sehr befahrenen Straße. Wir haben mehr erfahren beim Warten in der Schlange, als wir anderen Guides zugehört haben. Sie hat sich fast die gesamte Zeit mit ihren Handy beschäftigt. Das Geld kann man sich sparen.

We had a good experience with this tour. The meeting point is easy to find, and a short walk with the tour group to the Eiffel Tower. Aida was a fantastic guide, really fun and informative. She was exceptional with the school ages kids on the tour, it made waiting in line more pleasant for them to have such a fun guide giving them information they found interesting. The view was fantastic, it was one of the highlights of our trip!

It was a beautiful experience.

Nossa experiência foi ótima … o guia muito simpático , fez uma apresentação sobre Paris e detalhes da Torre! Nos mostrou e acompanhou todo trajeto … um momento maravilhoso ! Só sugiro outro local para retira dos ingressos e encontro com o guia , pois ficamos na chuva e frio ( sensação térmica 6C) aguardando mais de 30min ..

It was nice way to see the Tower and hear it’s story

I find it outrageous that tourists are treated like children, and that the organizers think that the tourist cannot find their way to the desired site alone. Why do I have to meet someone two corners away whom I don't want to meet? Why can't I buy a ticket directly and enter the Tower alone and independently? I would like the original option to be restored when I next visit the Eiffel Tower. Thank you in advance!

booked this tour for my elderly mother who has a bad knee and has trouble walking long distances. meeting point instructions, meeting the guide and going to the Eiffel Tower itself for excellent. However, given that this is an elevator tour and participants may have accessibility issues, the meeting point should be closer to the Eiffel Tower. It was a several block walk from the meeting point to the entrance for the tower, and then a line to get into the elevator, and that took up almost an hour of time. The elevator experience itself was great and once we were up on the second floor the views were stunning

Ich fand den Preis für das Paket zu hoch im Verhältnis zum Eintritt von knapp 30.- Euro pro Person. Die Guidin war nett, aber ja nur bis zum Lift dabei und anstehen etc musste man trotzdem…

We enjoyed the experience a lot, great view and worth to visit. Our guide shared some historic insights. Unfortunately she confused the entrances, sent the group to an entry point and left with others to a different direction without any info. It felt bit uncoordinated. Overall we liked it and would book it again.

online Buchung und Treffen haben sehr gut geklappt. kurzer Spaziergang mit guide zum Eiffelturm und 2 mal Sicherheitscheck. Alles raus aus den Jackentaschen und danach schnell wieder einsammeln stresst mich etwas, ist aber leider nötig. Wenn man erstmal mit dem Fahrstuhl oben ist, wird man durch super Aussicht auf Paris belohnt !

Közlekedési problémák miatt késve érkeztünk meg a találkozó helyre, de nagyon segítőkészek voltak és gyorsan megoldották a problémat. A torony önmagában is látványos, a kilátás pazar, de iszonyú mennyiségű ember van mindenhol. A személyzet segítőkész, főleg ha valaki francia nyelven próbálkozik. Mi délelőtt voltunk.
